View User List

This section explains how to view the user list.

Prerequisites

You should have the User Viewing permission on the KubeSphere platform. For more information, refer to Users and Platform Roles.

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has the User Viewing permission.

  2. Click Users and Roles.

  3. Click Users in the left navigation pane.

    • The user list provides the following information:

      Parameter Description

      Name

      The name of the user.

      Status

      The current status of the user.

      • Active: The user’s current status is normal.

      • Waiting: The system is creating the user.

      • Disabled: The user is disabled by the platform administrator and cannot log in to the KubeSphere web console.

      • Restricted: The user has failed to log in 10 times in 10 minutes and is blocked from logging in to the KubeSphere web console for 10 minutes.

      Platform Role

      The role of the user on the KubeSphere platform.

      Last Login

      The user’s last login time on the KubeSphere platform.

    • Click the search box above the list and enter keywords to search for users whose usernames contain specific keywords.

    • Click refresh in the upper right corner of the list to refresh the list information.

    • Click cogwheel in the upper right corner of the list to customize the information displayed in the list.
